Candidates must have a degree in Architecture and 5-7 years of professional experience in producing construction documents. Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, along with a strong working knowledge of California building codes, is required.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Job Captain to serve as a core production contributor on multifamily residential and mixed-use projects. Working under the direction of a Project Manager or Senior Job Captain, the Job Captain executes the majority of design development and construction documentation work on assigned projects — producing accurate, coordinated, and code-compliant drawing sets that form the backbone of project delivery. This role requires strong drafting proficiency, a thorough understanding of building systems and construction standards, and the ability to work alongside peers and junior staff to keep documentation moving and quality high.
