What we're building

Mutiny is the self-improving AI infrastructure for GTM teams to execute faster and close more revenue. Our ambition is to do for revenue velocity what Cursor and Claude Code did for engineering velocity. With Mutiny, everyone in sales and marketing gets a bench of GTM athletes that handle any work across their revenue motion and learn from what's actually moved their deals.

In April we re-launched the product as an agent-first platform. Anthropic showcased us as a leader in AI GTM. MRR is growing more than 70% month-over-month, with customers like Uber, Rippling, and Snowflake. We're backed by Sequoia, YC, and Insight, and we're building a generational company.

The opportunity

This is a great role for someone starting their career in tech. You'll run the physical and social heartbeat of an AI-native startup from day one, and grow from there. We're hiring for raw potential over a resume: someone sharp, organized, and social who people love being around. You'll own our office, our events, and the scheduling that keeps a fast-moving team in sync. Do it well and the next step is yours to pick, whether that's marketing, sales, recruiting, or ops. What you'll own

• The office. The space people actually want to come to. Meals, supplies, vendors, the setup, the small touches that make the room feel like a place that takes itself seriously. You're the host, and it shows.

• Events. The dinners, offsites, and team gatherings that keep a fast-growing company connected. You find the location, send the invites, handle the logistics, and make the whole thing feel effortless.

• Scheduling and recruiting support. Executive calendars and candidate scheduling as needed. You keep the days packed with the right things and make sure no great candidate ever waits on us.

• The go-to. The person the team routes to when something needs to happen and no one else owns it. You unblock, you fix, you make it look easy.

Who you are

• Extremely organized. Nothing slips. You track the details other people forget and keep a busy office running without anyone having to ask.

• GSD mindset. You know how to crush a to-do list and can multi-task like the best of them. You can juggle a lot of balls at the same time without dropping any.
