The Product Manager will lead the end-to-end development and commercialization of innovative healthcare solutions, managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, optimize clinical workflows, and ensure solutions meet regulatory and user-centric standards.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have 8-10 years of work experience, including at least 2 years specifically in product management. A strong background in healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and healthcare IT systems is required.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including physicians, healthcare professionals, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders, to create and manage cutting-edge products that enhance patient care, optimize workflows, and improve overall healthcare delivery within the organization. The Product Manager serves as an integral member of the MUSC Health Solutions team and will own the development of a Solutions portfolio startup. The primary goal of this role is to take the proof-of-concept product through development phases and on to external commercialization.
