Voor de IPT Specialties zoeken we een: Junior Manager Operations
We hebben drie productieafdelingen in Haarlem en per afdeling Vaccines, Blister en Specialties, staan verpakkingslijnen die zeer divers zijn qua werking en technologie. Hiermee worden alle componenten en medicijnen verpakt en voorzien van bijsluiters tot het eindproduct dat iedereen kent van de apotheek. Samen met je collega-managers bent je verantwoordelijk voor 10 tot 12 verpakkingslijnen met in totaal circa 35 Operators
Als Junior Manager Operations ben je verantwoordelijk voor onze dagelijkse productie, het is een shopfloor gerichte functie. Je focust je daarbij op de dagelijkse doelstellingen ten aanzien van veiligheid, kwaliteit, people management en een optimale planning. Een belangrijk aspect is dat jij samen met je team zorgt dat de gevraagde output wordt gehaald. Ook zorg jij ervoor dat je team wordt getraind om de lijnen te bedienen, te kunnen ombouwen en het TIER proces uit te voeren.
De Junior Manager Operations rapporteert aan de Associate Director Operations. De productie vindt plaats in 2-ploegendienst.
