Dabei fokussieren wir auf den Bereich der HPV-, Pneumokokken-Impfung und anstehende Produktneueinführungen. Wir unterstützen unsere Kund:innen, indem wir medizinische Informationen zu unseren Produkten zur Verfügung stellen, über unsere Produkte aufklären und medizinische Fortbildungen anbieten. Dabei agieren wir eng funktionsübergreifend, datenbasiert und immer kundenorientiert.
Als Fachreferent:in Impfstoffe (m/w/d) identifizierst du u.a. mit Hilfe von Datenanalysen die Kundenbedürfnisse und bietest durch den Einsatz neuer Technologien und einer Omnichannel-Strategie maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für unsere Kund:innen an. Dabei nutzt du agile Arbeitsmethoden. Du arbeitest in einem Team eng zusammen mit Kolleg:innen in der Region, deinem Regionalleiter:in und cross-funktional mit verbundenen Abteilungen. Ihr entwickelt und testet im Team neue Ideen und Lösungsansätze im Rahmen der übergeordneten Strategie.
Für unser Team suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen motivierten, engagierten und zielstrebigen Fachreferentin:in Impfstoffe (m/w/d), welcher als Manager:in im Gebiet proaktiv am Aufbau intensiver und nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen arbeitet.

Dein Aufgabenbereich:
• Sicherstellung einer intensiven, kundenzentrierten Customer Jouney im Gebiet (dazu gehört die Aneignung aller aktuellen gebietsrelevanten Kenntnisse des therapeutischen Umfelds, wie Kenntnisse zu regionalen Scientific Leadern, Ärztenetzwerken, gesundheitspolitische Besonderheiten, sowie impfspezifische Kenntnisse)
• Kundenbesuche auf Augenhöhe bei Allgemeinmediziner:innen, Praktiker:innen und Internist:innen sowie zugehöriger MFAs und relevanten Apotheker:innen als zentraler Bestandteil unserer Kundeninteraktion
• Eigenständige Analyse der relevanten Kunden-/Marktdaten anhand datenbasierter Entscheidungsfindung
• Umsetzung der zentral organisierten Omnichannel-Kampagnen. Individuelle Kundenbetreuung mit Vor- und Nachbereitung des Kontakts in den definierten Zielgruppen im Gebiet. Entwicklung und Umsetzung kundenspezifischer Customer Journeys über alle verfügbaren Kanäle (on- und offline) hinweg, unter Berücksichtigung der individuellen Kundenbedürfnisse
• Organisation und Durchführung von qualitativ hochwertigen state-of-the-art Fortbildungskonzepten, die einen klaren Kundenmehrwert bieten
• Planung regionaler Aktivitäten im Team und entsprechende Ressourcenallokation
• Aktive Mitgestaltung und Durchführung von Team-Meetings, um eine Regions-Strategie basierend auf der Gesamt-Strategie im eigenen Gebiet umzusetzen
• Repräsentation des Unternehmens bei Kongressen und Fachtagungen
• Kontinuierlicher cross-funktionaler Austausch und Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen im Team, gesundheitspolitischem Außendienst, Regionalleiter:in, Marketing, Medizin sowie Mitarbeit in Projekt-Teams
Dein Profil:
• Du stellst die Bedürfnisse von Patient:innen und Kund:innen in den Mittelpunkt aller Aktivitäten und Entscheidungen
• Du besitzt ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung
• Du erfüllst die gesetzlichen Anforderungen gemäß §75 AMG
