Buscamos un líder técnico con visión estratégica para dirigir el área de Servicios Técnicos en Avicultura a nivel nacional, asegurando un acompañamiento técnico de alto valor para clientes internos y externos. Esta posición será responsable de definir la estrategia técnica del negocio, liderar al equipo de especialistas técnicos y asegurar que el servicio técnico contribuya de manera directa al posicionamiento de nuestras soluciones en el mercado.
El rol forma parte del equipo de liderazgo de la unidad de negocio y trabajará en estrecha colaboración con ventas, marketing y dirección para fortalecer la propuesta de valor técnico y científico de la compañía.
Responsabilidades principales
• Definir y ejecutar la estrategia nacional de Servicios Técnicos en Avicultura.
• Liderar y desarrollar al equipo técnico de broilers, long-lived birds e incubadoras.
• Generar inteligencia de campo y convertirla en iniciativas técnicas de valor.
• Priorizar recursos técnicos en cuentas estratégicas y proyectos de alto impacto.
• Asegurar la correcta implementación de programas técnicos, vacunación y bioseguridad.
• Colaborar con equipos regionales y globales en iniciativas técnicas.
• Impulsar innovación y mejora continua en el modelo de servicio técnico.
Perfil
• Médico Veterinario, Zootecnista o carreras afines.
• Experiencia sólida en sanidad aviar, vacunación e incubadoras.
• Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos.
• Visión estratégica y orientación a resultados.
• Alta credibilidad técnica en la industria avícola.
Requisitos
• Inglés avanzado (indispensable).
• Disponibilidad para viajar.
• Experiencia en la industria avícola.
