The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Partner & Co-President of Film, including heavy calendar management and acting as a gatekeeper. They are responsible for coordinating travel, managing expense reports, and serving as an administrative liaison for the team.
Candidates must have 1-3 years of relevant entertainment experience, including 1-2 years in an agency, management, or production company setting. Strong organizational skills, the ability to handle high-pressure environments, and a commitment to confidentiality are required.
