Responsibilities

Deliver memorable dining experiences by crafting delicious beverages and utilizing suggestive selling to maximize revenue. Responsible for bar setup, monitoring guest alcohol consumption, and managing liquor inventory and requisitions.

Requirements

Previous bartending experience is preferred along with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Candidates must be motivated to maintain high customer service standards and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

How do I make an impact on my team?
Deliver memorable dining experiences for guests while crafting delicious beverages.
  • Promote and craft drinks utilizing suggestive selling skills whenever possible to maximize revenues
  • Set up bar and back bar according to established procedures
  • Monitors guest behavior and alcohol consumption to determine when alcohol service to the guest should cease
  • Verify liquor inventory and complete all requisition requirements and stock
What Success Looks Likes
  • Previous bartending experience preferred
  • Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
