Requirements

✅ What We’re Looking For?

• 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Business Operations, Project Management or a similar cross-functional role - ideally in a startup, agency, or fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to drive initiatives from idea to execution.
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for improving processes and operational efficiency.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and a genuine curiosity to explore new technologies and automation opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

 What You’ll Be Doing?

• Turn strategic initiatives into execution plans by managing priorities and timelines, removing blockers, maintaining documentation, and supporting creative production and content creation.
• Manage budgets, financial operations, and vendor relationships, including payment management, budget tracking, and budget-to-actual analysis.
• ֿOwn and optimize the unit’s processes, identifying opportunities to automate and implement AI-powered solutions to drive efficiency.
• Translate business needs into clear briefs, and own the creation and optimization of our landing pages, from ideation to launch.
• Adapt and refine content, and manage the technical setup and documentation of A/B tests.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with Leadership, Acquisition, Creative, Product, Finance, and external partners.
