Set up and operate CNC and manual lathes with milling capabilities to produce complex precision parts. Responsible for inspecting work, adjusting gaging equipment, and interpreting complex GD&T blueprints.
Requires at least 3 years of experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist and a high school diploma or GED. Knowledge of G-Code and Fanuc controls is preferred, along with the ability to pass a drug and alcohol program.

Lathe Machinist II - 3rd ShiftAt Moog, you'll have the opportunity to apply your machining expertise to components that support some of the world's most advanced military aircraft programs. As a leading OEM serving fighter, cargo, bomber, tanker, special mission aircraft, and rotorcraft platforms, Moog designs and manufactures high-performance systems where precision, quality, and reliability are essential. We are seeking a skilled Lathe Machinist who is passionate about precision craftsmanship and enjoys tackling complex machining challenges. In this role, you'll manufacture intricate, high-tolerance components used in flight-critical systems while working within a world-class manufacturing environment that features advanced technologies, automation, and industry-leading processes. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
