The role focuses on optimizing sales through in-store product activations, managing shelf assortment, and executing promotional displays. Responsibilities include monitoring stock, pricing products, and ensuring correct planogram implementation to increase brand visibility.
Candidates should have a high school diploma and preferably previous experience in merchandising or sales promotion. Proficiency in communication tools like WhatsApp and Microsoft Teams, along with a proactive attitude and adaptability to retail environments, is required.
You will optimize sales with our customers through the instore activations of our products, promotions and displays. You will deliver our field KPIs and annual objectives.

Será responsável por garantir a exposição correta dos produtos no ponto de vendas, seguindo os critérios de planograma da Mondelez. Como você irá contribuir:
Experiência anterior como promotor de vendas ou de merchandising (será diferencial);
Ensino Médio completo;
Conhecimento e uso de ferramentas de comunicação (WhatsApp, e-mail, Microsoft Teams);
Facilidade de ferramentas tecnológicas.
