Lead and develop multi-functional plant teams to improve reliability, productivity, and efficiency while implementing a 3-year strategic plan. Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards and governance while fostering a zero-loss mindset and an agile supply chain.
Requires significant experience leading manufacturing performance in an FMCG environment with expertise in Lean, 6 Sigma, and TPM. Must possess strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to interface with broader supply chain and commercial functions.
As leader you will create strong partnerships across the business to ensure delivery of our Supply Chain strategies in line with our Growth agenda. You will be responsible for Leading, coaching and developing our Plant multi-functional teams to identify best practices and improvements that will increase our Reliability, Productivity, efficiency and effectiveness. Your goal will be to establish an Agile and synchronized Supply chain.
