Manage a portfolio of customers with overdue invoices and invalid claims to ensure timely repayments. Lead and mentor a team of Collections Executives while collaborating with internal stakeholders to perform root cause analysis on payment delays.
Requires experience in credit control and an Order to Cash environment, preferably within the FMCG or CPG industry. Must be proficient in SAP, MS Excel, and possess strong analytical and leadership skills.
