Requires 7+ years of experience in hotel or multi-unit restaurant operations with a proven track record of leading property openings. Must be able to travel extensively and manage complex timelines and budgets under pressure.

You'd lead the operational pre-opening for MML's new hotels and restaurants — owning the plan, timeline, and cross-functional readiness that get each property open smoothly and on time. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for someone who thrives on turning a complex, multi-team launch into a disciplined, repeatable process — and who wants to be on-site when the doors open.
You'll be based at MML's headquarters but should expect to spend significant time on the ground at properties in the months before and during each opening.
You'll shape how every future MML property comes to life — building the playbook that gets used again and again as we grow. It's a role with real ownership, real visibility, and the satisfaction of watching a property you planned for months open its doors and come to life.
