The Project Manager is responsible for achieving project goals regarding schedule, budget, safety, and quality while managing relationships with clients and trade partners. Key duties include managing the buyout process, overseeing change orders, and providing detailed monthly status updates to the executive team.
A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management is preferred, along with proven leadership experience and a strong background in managing construction budgets. Candidates should have specific expertise in heavy civil/highway construction and proficiency in industry software like HCSS and MS Project.
