Lead and mentor a team of Production Technicians while executing the assembly of control panels and switchgear components. Coordinate production deadlines, ensure safety compliance, and provide operational coverage for the Electrical Assembly Manager.
Requires a High School Diploma and 4-5 years of experience in mechanical assembly or repair, with a strong background in electrical system wiring. Must be proficient in reading blueprints and using precision hand and power tools.

The Production Lead performs a dual role, providing leadership to an assigned team of Production Technicians of varying skill levels, and executing assembly responsibilities on assigned projects. The Lead will be expected to lead, mentor and provide training to Production Technicians in levels 1-4. This role supports the Electrical Assembly Manager by coordinating a team of Production Technicians to ensure production deadlines and standards are met. The incumbent in this role will be required to use hand, and small power tools in the execution of assigned responsibilities. Infrequent travel may be required for installation/service.
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday; 6AM- 4:30PM
