Lead private and small group Pilates Reformer classes while providing personalized instruction on form and technique. Collaborate with the Fitness & Wellness team to expand offerings and foster an inclusive atmosphere for members.
Candidates must hold a Pilates Reformer certification and a nationally recognized Group Fitness Certification along with current CPR/AED certification. Experience teaching group classes and strong interpersonal skills are preferred.
Description
The Minneapolis Club is seeking a professional, energetic, and engaging Pilates Reformer Instructor to lead Private and Group classes. This is an exciting chance to join a private, high-end Club where classes are intentionally small — allowing for personalized instruction, attention to form, and meaningful member connections.
Responsibilities
· Create and deliver dynamic, motivating, and safe group fitness experiences.
· Provide individualized guidance to ensure proper form and technique.
· Collaborate with the Fitness & Wellness team to expand offerings and drive participation.
· Demonstrate professionalism, timeliness, and preparedness for every session.
· Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging atmosphere for members.
· Instructors certified in Personal Training may have additional opportunities for one-on-one training.
· Conduct private lessons and group reformer classes (maximum four people) using all pilates equipment, including the reformer, chair, tower and mat
· Starting at $50+ per hour, based on experience.

Requirements
· Current CPR/AED certification required.
· Nationally recognized Group Fitness Certification (AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NASM, or equivalent).
· Pilates Reformer Certification
· Experience teaching group classes or cycling formats preferred.
· Friendly, approachable demeanor and strong interpersonal communication skills.
