Key Responsibilities
Assist with processing invoices, receipts, and financial documentation.
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
Assist in preparing financial reports and reconciliations.
Help with bank reconciliations and expense tracking.
Support month-end closing activities.
Verify data accuracy and ensure compliance with company policies.
Assist with budgeting and financial analysis when required.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding finance-related matters.
Perform other administrative and finance-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or currently pursuing the final year).
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment.
