The Payroll Specialist manages full-cycle weekly payroll for union and non-union field employees across multiple states. This includes auditing timecards, handling union reporting, and ensuring compliance with certified payroll and prevailing wage requirements.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of payroll experience, specifically with multi-state payroll processing. Experience with construction payroll systems and union reporting is highly preferred.
