Lead enterprise-wide FMEA deployment and governance to drive risk-based decision making and proactive quality strategies. Manage the site's Quality Management System to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards through rigorous audit programs.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field and at least 8 years of experience in the semiconductor or EMS industry. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and deep expertise in FMEA methodologies and quality management systems.

As a Senior Engineer, FMEA & Quality Management Systems (QMS), you will serve as a key leader in advancing Micron’s culture of quality by driving enterprise-wide quality initiatives, strengthening QMS effectiveness, and enabling world-class manufacturing performance!
You will provide leadership in quality governance, FMEA deployment, audit readiness, and certification compliance (ISO 9001/IATF 16949), while fostering a proactive quality approach across the organization. Through initiatives such as Defense Lines, Manufacturing Discipline, Quality Good Catch, and Continuous Improvement Programs, you will help build a highly engaged workforce focused on risk prevention, operational excellence, and sustained customer trust!
