The intern will participate in reliability failure mechanism studies and process improvement explorations within the NAND CMOS metallisation team. They will utilize data analytics and AI/ML platforms to analyze failure trends and support cross-functional engineering initiatives.
Candidates should be currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or Science and possess a strong interest in semiconductor fabrication and data analysis. A basic understanding of semiconductor processes is preferred, along with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
