Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Control Engineering with over 8 years of relevant experience in critical facilities and at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of power systems, PLC/SCADA platforms, and reliability engineering principles.

The Electrical & Control Manager is responsible for leading the Fab10 Facilities Electrical & Control Engineering team to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of critical electrical and automation infrastructure supporting semiconductor manufacturing. This position provides leadership for system reliability, operational excellence, maintenance strategy, capacity expansion, and talent development while driving continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
