Design and integrate complex analog and custom digital circuits for advanced DRAM products, including amplifiers, LDOs, and sensors. Oversee the layout process and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product manufacturability and design quality.
Requires expertise in analog circuit design, parasitic modeling, and verification using industry-standard simulators. Strong proficiency in AI tools and agentic models is mandatory to improve engineering efficiency and PPA optimization.
