Act as the first point of contact for guests, providing high-level customer service and information about marine life. Responsibilities include managing the touch pool, giving educational presentations, selling tickets, and ensuring guest safety.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and proficient in Dutch and English, with German being a plus. The role requires a proactive attitude, confidence in presenting to large groups, and strong communication skills.

WIE ZIJN WIJ?In SEA LIFE Scheveningen ontdek je de verrassende onderwaterwereld zonder nat te worden! Tijdens een wandeling door verschillende themagebieden ontmoet je bekende vissen als de kabeljauw en het zeepaardje, maar ook roggen, piranha’s en zeesterren! Je ervaart hoe het is om een duik te nemen in de tropische zeeën wanneer je door de oudste onderwatertunnel van Nederland loopt met maar liefts 180.000 liter water. Wij zijn onderdeel van de Merlin Entertainments Group, een wereldwijde leider op het gebied van het creëren van onvergetelijke, interactieve ervaringen voor het hele gezin.
Als Guest Experience Host ben je het eerste gezicht van onze gasten. Naast dat je ook kassawerkzaamheden doet, vertel je maar al te graag over al het leven in de onderwaterwereld. Zo sta je het ene moment te praten met gasten over de roggen, laat je gasten zwemmen met zeemeerminnen in onze VR of geef je een presentatie over waarom pinguïns op een bepaalde manier eten. Kortom, veel gast interactie op veel verschillende manieren. Jij zorgt ervoor dat gasten met kennis en een lach onze attractie verlaten.
