The Medical Assistant is responsible for patient intake, obtaining vitals, and managing electronic medical records. They also support clinical operations by maintaining surgical instruments, processing specimens, and stocking exam rooms.
A High School Diploma or GED is required, with a preference for at least one year of experience as a Medical Assistant or EMT-Paramedic. CPR certification is preferred, and the candidate must be able to travel to all satellite locations.

The Medical Assistant will be responsible for:
• Room patients and obtaining vitals
• Entering patient information into electronic medical record (EMR)
• Setting up and assisting with office procedures
• Chaperone providers during patient examination
• Taking pre-op and post-op photos of patients
• Maintaining surgical instruments and transporting instruments to Central Sterile (CSS)
• Processing surgical specimens and transporting them to Pathology
• Maintaining and stocking exam rooms
• Ordering clinical supplies
• Completing FMLA and Disability forms
• Cleaning and resetting exam rooms
• Other duties as assigned
