The Account Manager is responsible for prospecting new business leads and nurturing client relationships to promote logistics services. They will manage operations, negotiate rates and terms, and collaborate with internal teams to make data-driven decisions.
A high school degree or GED and prior customer service skills are required. An associate's or bachelor's degree, logistics experience, and proficiency with Salesforce are preferred.
