The SMT Sales Representative will manage inbound and outbound sales efforts to engage healthcare decision-makers and convert them into long-term clients. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience while maintaining accurate sales records in Salesforce.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in hunter-style sales or account management and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Position Overview:
In this role, you’ll manage both inbound and outbound sales from our Naperville, IL office, leveraging phone, Zoom, and email to engage medical decision-makers nationwide. With access to a steady stream of warm leads, proven sales frameworks, and ongoing coaching, you’ll focus on identifying, engaging, and converting multi-location healthcare organizations into loyal, long-term clients by delivering centralized, cost-saving compliance solutions that enhance operational efficiency and patient safety.
