Previous experience in construction, hardware, paint, or retail sales is preferred. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 10 or more hours per day.

Job Summary: As a Retail Sales Associate – Paint & Hardware Department, you will provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with paint, hardware, and home improvement products. You will help customers find the right products, answer questions, offer recommendations, and ensure the department is stocked, organized, and ready to serve customers.
Pay for this role: $14.00 to $ 18.00 an hour depending on experience.
