Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Operations Management and at least 5 years of experience in continuous improvement roles. Preference is given to candidates with a Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt certification and experience in manufacturing environments.

This role focuses on identifying process inefficiencies, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing data-driven solutions to optimize performance.
