The Project Manager coordinates all project efforts from preconstruction through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships. They ensure projects meet quality, safety, and contractual obligations while maintaining strong relationships with owners and design professionals.
Candidates need 5-7 years of commercial general contracting experience specifically in hospitality and tenant improvement projects. A bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field and proficiency in construction management software are preferred.
