POSITION OVERVIEWThis position is responsible for managing and directing activities to include product quality and defect management and managing the Quality Assurance department to meet the needs of internal and external customers while achieving key indicator results that support business goals. The person is responsible for managing the supplies and labor budget. A core responsibility is to develop the team to their fullest potential through High Performance Organization (HPO). The person initiates and leads process improvement initiatives, PDCA, root cause analysis.
