Responsible for the final stages of production by applying treatments, coatings, and adjustments to ensure products meet quality and aesthetic standards. Duties include monitoring print quality, splicing roll webs, and recording operational data in the Globetek system.
Requires a high school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience/training, with a preference for knowledge in lithographic, flexographic, or digital printing. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and possess strong visual acuity for quality inspection.

We are currently looking for a Finishing Machine Operator (for multiple shifts) to join our team. This critical role is responsible for completing the final stages of manufacturing or production by applying the last layer of treatment, coating, or adjustment to a product. This role ensures the finished item meets quality standards, durability requirements, and aesthetic specifications

The physical demands require standing, using hands to finger, feel and touch; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear. This position requires frequent walking. Occasionally employee is required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Must be able to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision requirements are close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
