Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations while ensuring accurate financial and customer data. Maintain the front office area and provide high-quality service to guests and VIPs.
Requires a minimum of 2 years of hotel front desk experience and a high school diploma. Candidates must be physically able to lift 50 pounds and be proficient in hospitality and POS systems.
