The Health and Safety Representative is responsible for conducting on-site inspections, assessing risks, and ensuring compliance with corporate safety protocols and provincial regulations. They also lead incident investigations, maintain safety documentation, and perform general labour tasks related to site safety.
Candidates should possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Previous experience in incident reporting and a valid driver's license are required, while OHS certification and construction industry experience are considered assets.

What we offer
In keeping with Mattamy’s Mission of providing The Best Homeowner Experience and adhering to industry best practices and policies, the Health & Safety Representative promotes and maintains a safe, and legally compliant construction site within our communities through diligent communication, application, and management of Mattamy’s corporate Health and Safety Protocols, SAFE Operating Procedures and Safety programs pertinent to its communities under construction.
