The Assistant Center Director manages center operations, leads a team of instructors, and drives growth through sales and lead conversion. They are also responsible for maintaining the quality of student learning plans and building relationships with families and local schools.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Business or a related field and proficiency in math up to Algebra I and Geometry. The role requires a highly organized individual comfortable with Google Suite who can work a flexible full-time schedule including evenings and weekends.

You’ll help manage operations, inspire a team of instructors, and build lasting relationships with families in our community. Do you believe that kids should be first? As an Assistant Center Director, you’re helping ensure every student who walks through our doors develops the confidence and skills to excel. You will drive the center's growth by turning inquiries into enrollments and instructors into mentors.
