The midwife will provide postnatal care for a high volume of normal and complex cases within the Mater Mothers' Hospital. They will work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver exceptional midwifery care.
Candidates must have current AHPRA registration with a midwifery endorsement and strong clinical problem-solving skills. Postgraduate qualifications and a commitment to continuous professional development are preferred.

Mater Mothers' Hospital is a leader in the provision of high-quality maternity and newborn services for the people of Queensland. Providing exceptional care and support of women and their families, Mater Mothers' Hospitals offer integrated services covering obstetrics, gynaecology, neonatology, and maternal fetal medicine. Care is delivered in accordance with best practice standards and in a highly collaborative environment.
Salary range: $44.06 - $56.52 per hour plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 + access to many staff benefits!
You will be responsible for providing postnatal care with a high volume of normal and complex care cases within the Mater Mothers’ Hospitals.
The experience and skills you bring to the role will ensure you will adapt easily to requirements of this postnatal ward and make you a valued member of a team that is committed to delivering exceptional midwifery care.
