The Senior Program Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing large-scale, complex, multi-disciplinary programs and projects. They oversee budget management, stakeholder communication, and the identification and mitigation of program risks.
Candidates must have 8-10+ years of program management experience and 1-2 years of team leadership experience. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, while a Master's degree is preferred.
