Description du poste
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un cariste-manutentionnaire rigoureux et dynamique pour rejoindre notre équipe. Sous la supervision du responsable de cour/terminal, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la fluidité de nos opérations logistiques et le respect de nos standards de sécurité.
🛠️ Vos principales responsabilités :
Logistique : Effectuer le chargement et le déchargement des remorques efficacement.
Sécurité des marchandises : Arrimer et vérifier l’arrimage des marchandises afin de garantir un transport sans dommages.
Entretien de l'espace : Gérer et maintenir son espace de travail propre et organisé afin de travailler en toute sécurité.
Standards de performance : Respecter rigoureusement les procédures de sécurité ainsi que les standards de qualité et de productivité de l'entreprise.
Polyvalence : Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe pouvant être assignée pour soutenir l'équipe.
💼 Profil recherché (Qualifications) :
Expérience : Minimum de 1 an d'expérience sur un chariot élévateur (la carte de cariste valide est un atout majeur).
Compétences techniques : Base en informatique (vous serez appelé à travailler avec le système AS400).
Aptitudes physiques : Excellente forme physique.
Qualités personnelles : Fiabilité, assiduité et débrouillardise (capacité à trouver des solutions rapides aux imprévus).
Gestion du stress : Capacité à bien gérer son travail sous pression.
Atouts majeurs : Bonne connaissance géographique de la région (pour orienter efficacement la marchandise dans l'entrepôt) et maîtrise de l'anglais.
💰 Ce que nous offrons :
Horaire : Poste à temps plein (40 heures par semaine de 4 h à midi), possibilité d'heures supplémentaires selon le volume de travail.
Évolution salariale rapide et compétitive :
Salaire de départ : 23,98 $ / heure
Après 3 mois : 25,07 $ / heure
Après 1 an : 26,94 $ / heure
