About the Position
Mallory Safety & Supply is hiring an Onsite Inventory Specialist to join our growing Onsite team!
As an Onsite Inventory Specialist, you'll serve as the face of Mallory at multiple customer locations throughout the Bay Area. You'll travel between customer sites to ensure employees have the safety products they need while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate inventory.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active throughout the day, building relationships with customers, and taking ownership of their work. No two days are exactly the same, and you'll have the opportunity to learn new skills while building a long-term career with a growing company.
Schedule
Tuesday through Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Saturday: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
This is a driving position. A company vehicle, typically a cargo van or small truck, will be used while traveling between customer locations throughout the Bay Area.

What You'll Do
Pick, pack, replenish, and stock PPE and industrial safety products
Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, replenishment, and inventory audits
Organize inventory locations while ensuring quality and accuracy standards are met
Inspect first aid cabinets, AEDs, eyewash stations, emergency showers, and emergency lighting
Complete inspections and inventory activities using handheld technology and reporting software
Travel between multiple customer locations throughout the Bay Area
Build positive relationships by providing outstanding customer service and communicating professionally with customers and teammates
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Perform frequent walking, bending, lifting, and other physical tasks throughout the workday
What We're Looking For
Valid driver's license with at least two years of driving experience and a driving record that meets our Safe Driver Policy
Comfortable driving a cargo van or small truck throughout the workday
Previous warehouse, inventory, merchandising, logistics, or customer service experience preferred
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
Someone who enjoys learning new skills and wants to grow with the company
Ability to work independently while effectively managing time and priorities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using technology, including Microsoft Office and handheld inventory devices
Ability to frequently lift, bend, stand, and walk throughout the workday
Ability to read and write in English
