Join our dedicated team based in Rocky View County, Alberta, and play a key role in maintaining and improving civil infrastructure. This position reports to the Road Manager.

What you bring:
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Class 3 Driver’s License with air brake endorsement and a clean abstract
Minimum two years of related work experience
Experience operating highway maintenance and snow removal equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn quickly
Ability to work shifts, call-outs, weekends, and overtime
Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Physically capable of performing heavy labour
This role involves a range of job duties, which include, but are not limited to:
Operate trucks to haul asphalt and materials
Perform snow plowing, sanding, and salting during winter events
Conduct physical labour such as pothole patching and vegetation clearing
Inspect highways, shoulders, and interchanges for debris and hazards
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Support traffic control and ensure public safety
Perform other duties as required
