The dispatcher is responsible for scheduling personnel and equipment, preparing daily dispatches, and managing customer quotations. They also provide administrative support, including invoice processing, payroll timecard management, and maintaining operational records.
Candidates should have previous dispatch experience in a related industry and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. A valid Class 5 Driver's Licence is required, and post-secondary education in a business-related field is considered an asset.
