This is a full-time temporary position providing maternity leave coverage, with the possibility of extension.

What you bring:
Previous dispatch experience in traffic control, construction, transportation, emergency communications, or a related industry preferred
Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Project Management, Office Administration, or a related field is considered an asset
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience working with computerized systems and customized software
Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborate team
Basic accounting knowledge and experience with accounts payable processes are considered an asset
Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with a satisfactory driver's abstract
This role involves a range of job duties, which include, but are not limited to:
Receive client service requests and schedule personnel and equipment accordingly
Prepare and distribute daily dispatches and weekly schedules
Prepare customer quotations and project estimates
Enter and maintain accurate dispatch and operational information
Support invoice processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial record maintenance
Collect, review, and process employee timecards for payroll submission
Respond to employee, client, and public inquiries professionally and courteously
Order and maintain office and operational supplies
Provide administrative support to the branch
Assist with other administrative and operational duties as required
