Administer, monitor, and discontinue intravenous therapies in patient homes or infusion suites while managing IV access. Coordinate patient care, provide education to caregivers, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Requires a nursing degree, a current unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Florida, and at least two years of RN experience. Candidates must possess IV certification, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license for travel.

Home infusion nursing requires skill, judgment, and trust. As a Per Diem Home Infusion Nurse at LUX Infusion, you are often the primary clinical presence in a patient’s care — delivering therapy, education, and reassurance.
