The Service Manager oversees day-to-day operations of the Lucid Service Center, managing a team of advisors, technicians, and parts staff. They are responsible for ensuring a world-class customer experience and maintaining operational efficiency through performance management and continuous improvement.
Candidates must have at least 10 years of automotive service experience with a proven track record of managing teams and meeting KPIs. A valid driver's license is required, and experience with EV powertrains or start-up environments is preferred.

The Service Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Lucid Service Center, effectively managing a team of advisors, technicians, and parts staff. The Service Manager position will be responsible for building a world-class team focused on delivering the highest level of customer experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership within the organization, setting an example for their team while encouraging continuous improvement.
