Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field with over 12 years of experience in QMS and 5+ years of leadership experience. Must have hands-on expertise leading IATF 16949/ISO 9001 certified systems and deep knowledge of APQP and FMEA.

The Role
The Senior Manager, Quality Management System (QMS) is responsible for developing, maintaining, and leading Lucid’s enterprise-level Quality Management System in alignment with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, internal standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. This role drives cross-functional governance, compliance, continuous improvement, and systemic quality excellence across Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Field Quality, and Customer Experience.
