The Technical Instructor will lead engaging electric vehicle repair training sessions for technicians and maintain the classroom and shop environment. They will also collaborate with the Learning & Development team to refine training materials and ensure all procedures align with the latest industry best practices.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in the automotive repair industry and 2 years of technical training experience. An associate degree in automotive or equivalent work experience is required, along with deep knowledge of electric vehicle systems and high voltage diagnostics.

The Technical Training Instructor position requires someone who is flexible, proactive, and highly organized. Individuals should have a passion for and a deep understanding of Electrical vehicle diagnostics and repair and must possess outstanding communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
This role is fully on-site at the Lucid Service Center in Costa Mesa, CA. It is not a remote or hybrid position, and team members are required to be on-site five days per week.
