Serve as a museum ambassador by conducting dynamic factory tours and facilitating special guest programs. Manage daily guest services, including ticket sales, batting cage operations, and event support.
Must be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma. Candidates should be polished, dynamic public speakers with a professional appearance and a passion for baseball.

Position: Tour Guide (1)
Reports To: Manager of Operations – LSMF
Pay Rate: $15.00
Serve as an ambassador by offering dynamic, enthusiastic, professional experiences for guests in all areas of the museum and factory. Give factory tours and enforce safety guidelines. Present programming and assist with the set up and execution of special events designed to attract and delight guests at Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory. Assist with the set up and execution of rental events. Hand turn, burn brand, cover Hold a Piece of History, and conduct Bat Vault experiences. Cover areas of guest services including ticket selling, batting cage, and Guest Check-In as needed. Must work nights and weekends as needed.
Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.
