The Millwright is responsible for the daily maintenance, inspection, and repair of all plant equipment to ensure operational efficiency. They must perform preventive maintenance and operate mobile equipment while strictly adhering to company safety and food safety standards.
Candidates must hold a valid Journeyperson Red Seal Certification as an Industrial Mechanic/Millwright or be a 3rd/4th-year apprentice. A high school diploma is required, along with the ability to work a shift rotation including weekends and holidays.
