The HR Manager will act as a trusted partner to business leaders, providing expert advice on people matters and driving employee engagement. They will manage complex employee relations cases, support organisational change, and ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
The ideal candidate is a confident HR professional with experience in a HR Manager or Business Partner role and a strong understanding of UK employment law. A CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience is required, along with excellent stakeholder management and coaching abilities.

We are now looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our People Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive HR professional to make a real impact across a diverse and fast-paced business.
As HR Manager, you will act as a trusted partner to leaders across the business, providing expert HR advice, guidance and support on a wide range of people matters. You'll play a key role in driving employee engagement, supporting organisational change, managing complex employee relations cases and ensuring HR best practice is consistently applied.
Working closely with operational leaders and the wider People Team, you'll help deliver people initiatives that support business performance while enhancing the colleague experience.
We're looking for a confident and credible HR professional who can build strong relationships at all levels and thrive in a dynamic environment.
