Develop and maintain engineering documentation, including control strategies, functional specifications, control narratives, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot process instrumentation including sensors, transmitters, valves, and analytical equipment to ensure reliable operation.
Lead and support commissioning, qualification, and validation activities for control systems and instrumentation.
Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, engineering, IT teams, and external suppliers to deliver effective technical solutions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, conduct root cause investigations, and provide technical support and training to operational teams.
What we are looking for:
A degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
Significant experience in controls and instrumentation engineering, ideally gained within a biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, or other regulated manufacturing environment.
Strong experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting, including platforms such as Rockwell Automation or Siemens.
Experience working with Distributed Control Systems (DCS), particularly Emerson DeltaV, and HMI/SCADA platforms.
Strong knowledge of process instrumentation principles, calibration techniques, troubleshooting methodologies, and industrial communication protocols.
