Manage partner relationships from onboarding to locker installation and maintain accurate company databases. Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and provide performance data analysis and reporting.

InPost is a leading player in the business to consumer parcel delivery market. In Poland, they are successfully redesigning the last mile for e-commerce as the market leader. InPost covers the Italian market with a network of 5000 PUDOs (Pick Up and Drop Off points) and 5000 fully automated parcel lockers (that are accessible 24/7) enabling customers to collect, send and return parcels at their earliest convenience. The aim is to continue scaling InPost in the Italian market in a similarly rapid trajectory to that of Integer’s Polish home market. Overview
A fantastic opportunity to join the Operations team at InPost Italy. We’re investing in our Customer Experience and on a mission to take our Customer Service & User Experience to the highest level. This role is a crucial part of this transformation.
What you need to succeed
+1 year experience in Operations, Account Management or similar roles.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong proactivity and organizational skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
Fluent in Italian and English, written and spoken.
About your role
Manage partners’ relationships, being the operational contact person for the whole process, from onboarding to locker installations.
Monitor and update company databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date, including partner data, project details, and other key information necessary for operations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Deployment, and Administration teams to boost communication and workflow, improving both customer experience and internal processes.
Provide and analyze performance data, generating regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Provide quality support for your team and partners (escalations, follow-ups, updates).
